Our pick up/transfer from Naples train station to Positano (with a stop in Pompeii), and our pick up/transfer from Positano to Naples airport (with a stop at a delicious restaurant for pizza) were easy and exactly as stated in our confirmation. He greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was impeccably dressed and warmly greeted us. He took my bag and walked us to his immaculate Mercedes van. He had cold water for us and made us feel welcome. Myself & 5 friends recently spent a week in Sorrento. We met Luciano early in our stay and couldn't have been happier with this service. We traveled to Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Naples and Sorrento. We had transfers at them all. However, none could even match Rainbow Limos service! Our driver Bart was amazing! Bart can talk! Bart was very caring. He took his life in his own hands to get her through the gong show of traffic so she could go to the bathroom.. Mama Mia!!! When we arrived at Napoli Centrale, our driver Nicholas was waiting front and centre with our name on it. Very friendly, helped us with our bags, vehicle was spotless and water bottles ready for us. It was about an hour and a half to our destination in Positano, Nicholas gave us lots of information on the city of Naples and Sorrento. He even stopped to take pictures of us along the way. The best part was, he helped us deal with an issue with our accommodations as they said over the phone it was occupied, he quickly made numerous calls for us and dealt with the issue. While staying at the Hotel Pasitea in Positano in October 2011, we decided to take a day trip to Sorrento on October 8th. The hotel recommended Rainbow Limos to provide our transportation. We are so glad they did. Nicola was on time and arrived in a spotless luxury vehicle. He did not just drive us to and from our destination. He provided us with a wonderful tour, stopped at scenic points along the way allowing us to take photos and was just one of the nicest people we met on our trip to Italy. I met Nicola and his son Alby in Positano. My friend and I were on our vacation this past April. Alby made us feel very safe while driving the steep and windy Amalfi Coast. He is a wonderful driver and young man. His speaks the English language and has a great sense of humor! Alby's dad Nicola picked us up the next day in his super comphy and clean Mercedes and took us to Pompeii. He offered to take us to Cervinara to find my Italian roots. With Nicola's help translating at the City Hall, I was able to get a copy of my great grandmas birth certificate, and stand in front of the building she once owned. Not to mention meeting the mayor! My friend and I just returned from a 3 week stay on the Amalfi Coast. Most of our stay was in our very favorite Positano. Alby met us with a large sign at the door of the Naples Airport. He was very nice, and we decided to call his family for the rest of our vacation. His mother, Giulia, drove us to Sorrento. Nicola drove us to Ravello, Scala, Gaeta, and Naples. They all were excellent tour guides and made us feel comfortable immediately. We miss them so much already. After 3 weeks, we felt like family. I shall always call them any time I am on the Amalfi Coast.

Last May (2005) and again in October, Nicola picked us up at the Naples RR station and drove us over to Positano. It is a beautiful drive and Nicola is a wonderfully careful driver who has an amazing knowledge of this great part of Italy. After our May visit, Nicola drove us from Positano to Rome for the flight back to Virginia. At the end of our October visit to the Amalfi Coast, Nicola and his charming wife Giulia drove us to Naples for the ferry to Sicily. They are lovely people and a joy to be with. We can't recommend them too highly. (We also had a very pleasant dinner with Jiulia and Nicola in Sorrento during our last trip)

From the moment my wife and I stepped off the train in Naples and were confronted with a large sign with our name on it we were enveloped with true Italian hospitality. Nicola became our guide, language instructor, social arbitor and above all a superb driver. Nicola's timely handling of his immaculate Mercedes will alter the image of Italian traffic for ever. We would recommend his service without hesitation.

I absolutely love this company. They are excellent to work with, they reply quickly to emails and have excellent communication during the process. We did an Amalfi Coast tour with Giovanni and it was perfect! He is very polite, kind and knowledgeable and gave us great information along the way. He knew how long we would want to spend in each town and was fairly accurate. He called ahead for our restaurant reservations and stayed nearby while we dined. Our group absolutely loved Giovanni. Though we've visited Italy many times, we've never had the pleasure of visiting the Amalfi Coast. Our home base this trip was Sorrento, overlooking the Bay of Naples, but we wanted to experience the amazing drive, and incredible views of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, and all the villages along the way, so we decided to hire a car and driver. We had our own rental car, but driving in this part of Italy can be a heart-pounding adventure, so we thought it better to let someone who knows the roads do the worrying, while we relaxed and watched the sights. Rainbow Limos was just the ticket. Ivana was extremely helpful, and sorted out our reservation in no time. And our Driver, Dino Sorrentino, was terrific. Personable, knowledgable, and extremely professional, he was attentive to our needs throughout the day, arranged reservations at a superb restaurant for lunch in Amalfi, and introduced us to the spectacular gardens at the Villa Cimbrone in Ravello. Truly magnificent. The day was perfect, and we recommend Rainbow Limos, and Dino, highly! Molte Grazie!

5 STARS are not enough for Rainbow Limos! I found them randomly on google while planning our trip to Amalfi, Italy, and I am so grateful. We had the best customer service and care by this company. Ivana was my trip coordinator and was AMAZING from the very start! She not only accommodated my needs, but gave suggestions and tips for our stay. When we had unpredicted changes during our trip, she was on top of EVERYTHING! She even addressed my last-minute needs on a Sunday while we were there. I can't say enough about her! If you've never been to the Amalfi Coast, the roads to travel are insane to say the least! They make driving in NYC look like a breeze. We had two fantastic drivers, Gennaro, and Alberico. Gennaro drove us quite a bit and instilled complete trust in us. He handled the roads with ease. We even took a nap on the way back from Pompei...complete faith for our safety. Gennaro was great with information but also picked up on the times we just wanted to sit quietly. Alberico picked us up at the crack of dawn to get to the airport on time and was an incredible driver and communicator as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the services of Rainbow Limos if you are in Italy.

We arrived at the Naples International Airport early on October 10, 2019 and were welcomed by sign holding Nickolas from Rainbow... exactly where we had been told he would be: the Arrivals Hall just once through customs. He was such a genuinely nice man who accommodated us in every manner (bathroom stops etc as needed by us) throughout our ride to Pompeii (where he waited 2 plus hours to tour on our own) and then to Sorrento. Although we ended up changing dates while in Positano about 10 days later, our return at 5:45 a.m. by Luciano was as equally a pleasant experience! Both men drove impeccably clean Mercedes and both men were great conversationalist and loved sharing their vast knowledge of Italy, as well as excellent drivers. We found out that this is a family run and operated business and can vouch for their dependability. We will book again with Rainbow if we are lucky enough to return!

An absolutely amazing experience. Our train was 3 hours delayed and I was incredibly stressed about the timing of our Pompeii visit, our pizza and of course most importantly - would the car service still be there to pick my family up! For each step of the way, Rainbow was engaged, reassuring and flexible. I literally felt that I was working with family. What a Wonderful service Rainbow Car Service provides. After a horrible night on the train service, we were met at Naples with Albi and he as so helpful, our train tickets had been cancelled and we were having trouble explaining to the Service people, Albi spoke to them in Italian and to us in English and we were able to work out everything, basically it was easier to book Rainbow Car Service to travel from Naples to Rome, as there was a train strike and Albi was so wonderful, nothing was to much trouble for him and he looked after us very well. first impressions are important! our travel agent recommended nick and it turned out to be first class all the way. he met our family of 5 not promptly in rome but early for our trip to amalfi. he is always prepared for the potentially unexpected. he is a fine gentleman and expert in his business. he is knowledgable and very likeable. nick treated my family as if it was his own. we exchanged many similar stories of our children and families during our time together. you know when you are dealing with an honest, genuine individual. the feeling was shared by my wife and children. he knows everyone up and down the coast. he recommended pottery stores to restaurants! we never went wrong. now the funny part... we were travelling from pompeii to amalfi and had a tire blowout. we pulled over to the side of the road unloaded the luggage(you can imagine how much we had for 5 people) and proceed to figure out how to remove the spare and replace the torn tire. nick was apologetic about the mishap, but did not need to be. i've changed many a tire, so no big deal. i pleaded with nick to allow me to help but he nicely declined. i did nevertheless, as he gently would nudge me away from the jack and take over. as he makes that turn in pimonte each time, i hope he thinks of our family ,our trip together and our unexpected diversion! i don't make guarantees, but i guarantee if you book with nick you will not be disappointed, period. nick, thank you again from new york.

Have you travelled the 50Km road from Naples to Sorrento? After 20 years experience we can tell you that the journey can be challenging. We have encountered delays through landfalls, shipyard strikes, local holiday traffic etc. So the solution is to contact Rainbow Car Sevice. Nicola and his wife were lifesavers! Our flight was 3 hours late, which caused us to miss our original train from Rome to Naples. When we finally arrived at the Naples train station, Nicola and his wife were waiting there for us. We knew that we were in good hands, since they were nice enough to wait that long. After picking us up, Nicola drove us to Positano to start our honeymoon. The only problem was, our luggage was lost by the airlines for over 3 days. At the end of the week, Nicola happened to be at the Naples airport when I called him and he was able to pick up our luggage for us. If it wasn't for him, we would have never received our luggage on time, since we had to be in Rome to start our tour. It was really nice having somebody you could count on, especially with the language barrier. Nicola speaks very good English, is a great driver, and is so personable. We are grateful for all of his help. I would recommend him to family and friends who need a car service in Italy.

During our recent tour of Italy, we were lucky to have Nic as our driver from Positano to Naples. We had arranged to pick up a rental car in Naples (to drive into Tuscany), but we now realized that we lacked the experience needed to drive in that wild city. Nic recognized this too, so he got on the phone with the rental agency, and arranged for our car to be picked up at the Naples airport. Once there, we found the rental office at the rental car lot to be closed. Nic stuck with us, again got on the phone to confirm that the rental office within the airport was open, drove us there, then dropped us back at the rental car lot. We couldn't have been more thankful that he was our driver that day, as we don't speak Italian and were facing a series of struggles.

I think of Guilia and Nicola as my guardian angels of the Almalfi Coast. I first went to the Almalfi two years ago. Upon arrival, AliItalia had lost my luggage and I only had an over-night bag. I wanted to visit Pompei but had no camera. Without hesitation Nicola quickly offered the use of his camera, dropped me off at Pompei and returned several hours later to continue the journey to Positano. During the same trip, I spent the entire day with Nicola and he took me to VERY special places in Ravello, stopped at Amalfi on the way back and then very safely back to Positano. Both Giulia and Nicola are very well versed with the Amalfi Coast. They are a joy to talk with and extremely good drivers. I feel completely safe while in their imaculate vehicles. Nicola and Giula are no longer "Drivers" for me, I consider them my friends. Giulia baked the BEST Easter cake for me last time I was in their area. I was very honored!! I can not say enough wonderful things about them. I not only look forward to returning to Positano, but more than anything else, I lood forward to seeing my friends again!!

I don't remember exactly how many years ago we first met with Nicola and Giulia - 10-11 years? However since then we have only used their service. We have visited Sorrento many times per year but during last seven years many times we have used our own car, because we have been living in Milano. Rainbow limo provided us incredible service while we were in Italy in our honeymoon. They went above and beyond to ensure we not only got to our destination but offered up local information so we could take advantage of the time we had in the southern parts of Italy. Luciano, our first driver, showed great flexibility while he wait for us to experience Pompeii. Then he drove us to Positano, stopping along the way so we could take memorable pictures of the beautiful coast line. We were so impressed, we booked them again on the spot for a ride back to Naples from Positano. This time Dino provided us with all the local ins and outs, we learned a lot of Italian culture and when we got to train station, Dino showed us a great coffee spot. On top of the great experience with the drivers themselves, the communication from the company was top notch. 11/10 would recommend to anyone who needs to go from Naples to the south or vice versa.

Having done my research on trip advisor, we are so pleased we booked with Rainbow Limousines. This small family run business is so reliable & reputable from Ivana in the office who is super efficient. She responds to emails within 24 hrs offering suggestions/recommendations. Rainbow Limos is the best limo/transfer service I have ever utilized! Ivana was on top of everything and was very responsive to all my inquiries. Bart drove us for two of our transfers and was a real joy! (I was under the weather on our trip to The Path of the Gods and he went out of his way to make me comfortable.) Giulia and Nicola went above our expectations and became like family in the very short time we spent with them. They made the drive from Naples to Positano and from Positano to some of the neighboring Amalfi Coast cities incredibly easy. They were cautious with their driving, knowing our 18 month old daughter got car sick and were concerned not only about our well being and safety but also took the time to tell us the history of each place while we were driving. They gave our daughter toys to play with. They took pictures of us to have memories and recommended great restaurants. On our way back from Positano to Naples we topped in Sorrento and Nicola recommended a fantastic pizza place. It was the best pizza we had in all of Italy. We hope to see them one day again and would highly recommend their service.

Nicola, you were a angel sent by God!!! That is what my friend Ginny & I tell everyone about you. Going to Positano I got pick-pocketed @ the Naples train station. Leaving Positano we decided to hire a car to take us to Sorrento. While driving, we fell in love with Nicola, he was so much fun. We asked him to take us on into Naples. We told him about my experience before @ the Naples Train Station. It was my birthday, 10/25 the day we were traveling with Nicola. He heard us saying that we didn't get to go to Pompeii. Our first tripto Italy was in 1992. By chance we met Nicola. We needed a ride to Naples train station to get a train to Rome. Needless to say, we wound up in his Mercedes for a nice scenic, comfortable and safe ride right to our hotel in Rome.On our next trip we were coming from Sicily to Naples airport and Nicola was supposed to meet us, but he was otherwise engaged.
